11Plus Tips ("the Platform") is an online 11+ exam preparation service operated in the United Kingdom. The Platform provides practice questions, diagnostic tests, progress tracking, and tutoring tools for students aged 9–11 preparing for the UK 11+ examination.
The Platform is intended for use by students under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian ("Parent Account Holder"). By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will use this service.
2.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account on this Platform.
2.2 By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child student who will use the Platform.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2.4 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
2.5 You may create student profiles linked to your parent account. Each student profile must represent a real child for whom you hold parental responsibility.
3.1 This Platform is designed for children aged 9–11. As the Parent Account Holder, you are responsible for supervising your child's use of the Platform.
3.2 By accepting these Terms, you provide explicit consent for your child to participate in practice activities, diagnostic assessments, and progress tracking on the Platform.
3.3 We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Student profiles use a username only — no email address, real name, or date of birth is required for the student account.
3.4 All student data is linked to and visible to the parent account. You may request deletion of your child's data at any time by contacting us.
3.5 You agree not to allow your child to access the Platform unsupervised in a way that would be inappropriate for their age.
4.1 You agree to use the Platform only for its intended educational purpose.
4.2 You must not: — Share your account credentials with other families — Attempt to access other users' accounts or data — Use automated tools to extract questions or content from the Platform — Reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the Platform without written permission — Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Platform's systems
4.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice.
5.1 All content on the Platform — including practice questions, explanations, diagnostic tools, and interface design — is the intellectual property of 11Plus Tips or its licensors.
5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
5.3 You must not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our express written permission.
6.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
6.2 Parent account data (email address, password) is used solely to operate your account and communicate with you about the service.
6.3 Student usage data (session time, question responses, scores) is used to provide progress tracking and personalised practice recommendations.
6.4 We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6.5 You may request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Requests will be fulfilled within 30 days.

7.1 We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be carried out at low-traffic times where possible.
7.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
7.3 We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruption, data loss, or changes to the Platform.
8.1 11Plus Tips provides educational practice materials. We make no guarantee that use of the Platform will result in any particular exam outcome.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address registered on your account.
9.2 Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9.3 If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and may request deletion of your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
